Rococo, the chocolate shop on Motcomb Street, has opened a new courtyard garden in time for summer. Designed and created by Rococo founder Chantal Coady, the garden has been done up in Moroccan style, with a beautiful patchwork of tiles and a stunning mosaic fountain from Dar Interiors. Fragrant plants that feature in the Rococo Artisan range – including rose, geranium, jasmine, mint and lavender – are all growing in the scented garden.
It’s a fabulous retreat from the hustle and bustle of London, and perfect for taking a break while on a shopping trip in Motcomb Street. The full Rococo range of food and drinks is served in the garden – including organic cappuccinos, a huge range of loose leaf teas, and Rococo’s award-winning hot chocolate. If you’re feeling indulgent, try the “I feel special” option, which gives you a truffle with your hot drink. For chocoholics, the “I feel very special” option is ideal – a hot drink comes with three extra chocolates.
