Brunch is served

Mimosa Bar & Restaurant has launched a decadent new brunch menu for summer. Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday at the restaurant, which is located in the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel, 21 Lowndes Street. The restaurant has enlisted Masterchef 2007 winner Steven Wallis to create the menu.
Together with Martin Gabler, executive chef at Mimosa, Wallis has infused the new brunch menu with his signature cooking style, combining complex flavours and seductive infusions with a nod to classic dishes.
Must-try dishes include warm Belgian waffles coated in grilled fair trade bananas and cinnamon ice cream; fresh fruit skewers with a fondue of low fat yoghurt and organic honey; and Mimosa Benedict – smoked salmon on brioche topped with poached eggs, caviar and orange hollandaise sauce. Guests can sip chocolate martinis and Bloody Mary cocktails.
There is also a ‘Little Eaters’ menu for children. Junior diners can munch away on mini versions of the adult dishes, or tuck into their own treats, including smartie pancake stacks with butterscotch sauce.
When the sun is shining, diners can enjoy brunch al fresco on Lowndes Square.
The Mimosa Brunch is served at weekends only.
